By accessing or using aurevrabio.com (the “Site”) or purchasing any product from Aurevra Bio (the “Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, the Research Use Only Policy, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.
All products supplied by the Company are designated Research Use Only and are subject to the RUO Policy. Purchase and use of these products requires acceptance of that policy in full.
Customers must be at least 21 years of age and represent qualified research interests. The Company reserves the right to verify researcher status and to refuse service to any customer at its sole discretion.
All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. The Company may refuse, cancel, or limit any order. Pricing is subject to change without notice. The Company is not responsible for typographical errors in pricing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of any product or the Site. The Company's aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Products are supplied “as is” for research purposes. The Company makes no warranty regarding outcomes of research using the products. No product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of California, applying California law. The prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorneys' fees.
The Company may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. The current version date appears at the top of this page.
