3. Who we share with
Our payment processor (Bankful), our shipping carrier (UPS / FedEx / USPS), our transactional email provider (Resend), and our analytics tooling (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity). Each is bound by data processing terms.
4. Retention
Customer records are retained for as long as the account is active and as required for tax and regulatory compliance (minimum 7 years for orders).
